We collect the information you provide through the questionnaire: biographical details, family background, musical preferences, sonic memories, and emotional experiences related to sound and music.
Purpose of collection
Your data is used exclusively for the preparation of your personalised sonic profile analysis and for no other purpose.
Confidentiality & Security
Your information is treated with complete confidentiality. It is not shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party, except in cases where you provide explicit written consent.
Retention period
Your data is retained for a period of up to 2 years from the date of collection and is then securely deleted, unless you request otherwise.
Your rights

The analysis you receive is grounded in recognised scientific sources from the fields of music psychology, neuroscience of music, music therapy, sound therapy, and acoustic ecology. However, it constitutes an individualised interpretive work and does not constitute:
- A psychological or psychiatric evaluation or diagnosis
- A medical opinion of any kind
- Clinical treatment or therapeutic intervention
- A scientifically validated personality test
The results are intended for personal self-awareness, discovery, and the enrichment of everyday life through sound and music. If you are experiencing psychological difficulties, we encourage you to seek support from a qualified health professional.
Prepayment
Payment is required before the process begins. The questionnaire will only be sent, or the session will only take place, upon confirmation of payment.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 48 hours or more before the scheduled session: full refund.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled session: 50% refund.
- Cancellation after the process has begun (questionnaire submitted or session started): no refund.
- For Service A: once the completed questionnaire has been submitted, no refund will be issued.
- In cases of force majeure or genuine emergency, each situation will be reviewed individually and with understanding.
This questionnaire, its methodology, structure, and all content associated with the Your Life's Soundscape service constitute an original intellectual work and are protected under applicable Greek and European intellectual property law (Greek Law 2121/1993 and EU Directive 2001/29/EC).
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Reproduction, copying, or distribution of the questionnaire, in whole or in part
- Use of the methodology or service structure for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation
- Republication in print, digital media, websites, or social media platforms
- Presenting the work as one's own, with or without modifications
